Whole chicken cooked on grill over indirect heat.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken

3 lb chicken, whole
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken

  1. Wash and season chicken. Fill Chicken Roaster Chimney with herbs and orange juice.

  2. Place chicken over chimney.

  3. Cook over indirect heat on grill.

  4. Don't forget to put a drip pan in place.
