Marinated Chicken in Lemon, Shallots, and herbs

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken

1 1/2 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken

  1. Mix ingredients in a glass bowl.

  2. Add chicken, let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. I added lemon zest, used a shallot instead of onion, a dash of white wine vinegar.

  4. Note: not sure how accurate the calorie count is since it's a marinade, and I did not use all of the liquid when I grilled the chicken.
