Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Penne Al Fresco

4 garlic cloves
2 cups grape tomatoes
8 oz whole wheat penne pasta, uncooked
3 cups fat free chicken broth
3/4 cup white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups diced grilled chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Penne Al Fresco

Chopped garlic and place in Pampered Chef deep dish baker. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 minutes until tomatoes start to burst. Mash tomatoes with a spoon and pasta, chicken broth, wine, salt and pepper. Cover and microwave on high for 20 minutes. Remove and add chicken, parmesan cheese, and basil. Stir to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
