Recipe Ingredients for Grilled chicken lettuce wrap with avocado dressing

1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 avocado
2 lettuce leaves
1 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 pepper, chopped
2 tsp fresh dill, minced

Recipe Directions for Grilled chicken lettuce wrap with avocado dressing

  1. For the dressing, blend together the avocado and sour cream. Place in refrigerator to chill.

  2. Slice chicken breast in half and place on grill for approx. 3 minutes on each side. Take off grill and allow to rest. Chop all the vegetables and dill. Once cooled, chop the chicken. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves then fill each with half of the filling. Two tablespoons of dressing and enjoy!
