Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Legs and Veggies

8 oz. chicken legs
2 red potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 green onions, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced and cut into chunks
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp margarine
2 tsp thyme
2 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Legs and Veggies

  1. Line grilling basket with foil.

  2. Spray foil generously with non-stick spray if not using non-stick foil.

  3. Place chicken and vegetables on top of foil.

  4. Add bouillon cubes, water, and margarine.

  5. Pour olive oil over mixture.

  6. Shake thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over mixture.

  7. Cover with another piece of foil and seal the edges. Close the grill basket.

  8. Grill for 1 hour over charcoal, turning every 15 minutes.
