Grilled chicken with a thick sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken with Herb Sauce

20 ounce chicken breasts
4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons mint leaves
2 tablespoons basil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Lemon juice to taste
1 Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken with Herb Sauce

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken and gloss with a little olive oil.

  2. 2. While a grill or grill pan heats, combine the herbs and mustard in a blender or small food processor and chop, then add olive oil to create a barely pourable sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and sharpen with lemon juice.

  3. 3. Grill the chicken, then finish on the other side. Serve with the herb sauce.
