Rice with egg, soy sauce and olive oil cooked in pot chicken grilled in soy sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken with Fried Rice

10 oz skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 cup white rice
4 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken with Fried Rice

  1. cook rice in pot.

  2. allow rice to cool , while you cook chicken in a skillet with a table spoon of olive oil

  3. while chicken is cooking, heat up a pot

  4. drop a table spoon of oil down into pan, fry your 2 eggs up and chop into lil pieces..

  5. pour more olive oil into pan, add rice with a pat of butter.

  6. stir up eggs and rice, then add soy sauce carefully

  7. add cover to rice and let it cook slowly while stirring occasionally.

  8. once chicken is about done. pull out and chop into small slices.. add back into pan and dash soy sauce and stir on high while it slightly browns.

  9. turn heat off and add together on a plate
