Grilled Chicken over a bed of spinach salad with tomatoes, carrots, radishes, soy beans, and black olives

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Caeser Salad

1 lb boneless chicken
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
4 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing
4 medium carrots (shredded)
2 medium tomatoes
4 medium radishes
1 cup soy beans
1 cup black olives

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Caeser Salad

  1. Shred carrots in food processor

  2. Slice radishes and olives with food processor

  3. Sprinkle old bay seasoning on bonless chicken

  4. Grill chicken on both sides

  5. Slice chicken into strips

  6. Toss spinach leaves, carrots, tomatoes, radishes, soy beans, black olives and ranch dressing.

  7. Put salad on plates and top with chicken strips.
