Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

1 head romaine lettuce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lb. chicken breast, grilled
1 cup croutons
1/3 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Tear lettuce in salad bowl. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon onto lettuce in bowl. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Grill chicken, cut into bite-size pieces. Mix ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over chicken and lettuce and top with croutons.
