2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Breast with Mixed Greens

marinate 4oz slices of chicken breast in Zesty Italian Dressing in refrigerator for at least one hour. Grill chicken breast til internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Remove from grill and let rest for 15 minutes. Add 2 oz of Spring mix salad greens to a serving bowl. Cut 4 ozs of chicken breast into bite sized pieces, add to bowl. sprinkle 2 ozs of shredded Parmesan Cheese over top of salad and the drizzle 2 tbsp of Balsamic vinegarette salad dressing over top.
