Recipe Ingredients for grilled chicken breast with Asparagus

293 g Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
346 g asparagus
75 g onions
15 g garlic
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbs rosemary

Recipe Directions for grilled chicken breast with Asparagus

  1. 1.Grill pork loin and chicken thigh using your favorite seasoning. Set it aside to cool off then cut into strips.

  2. 2. Heat a large skillet with olive oil and cook onion and garlic unti onion is translucent.

  3. 3. Add pork and chicken strips. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer until water is half reduced.

  4. 4. Add asparagus, cook until done, approx 7 min then add tomatoes.

  5. 5. Cook for another 5 min. splash with balsamic vinegar an sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
