Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken (1)

18 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 serving Garlic
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 serving Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken (1)

  1. -Combine all spices to create the rub.

  2. -Trim any extra fats from chicken breasts if going to use the olive oil.

  3. -Whisp basting brush with olive oil over the chicken breasts.

  4. -Rub in the spices.

  5. -Grill to golden tender and till juices run clear.
