Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Cheesyness

0.33 cup Water
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2 tbsp Flour, Whole Grain
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Hummus
1 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1 Tomato, Sliced
2 Carrot, Julienned
1/2 cup Cilantro, Chopped

Recipe Directions for Grilled Cheesyness

You will need bread for this recipe. Combine all ingredients except, tomato, carrot, cilantro and bread. Bring to boil in a small to medium-sized sauce pot, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and continue to whisk until thick and smooth. Slather on bread slices and top with remaining ingredients [i.e. making a sandwich]. Grill until well toasted on each side.
