Grilled asparagus and cheese sandwich

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled cheese

1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 bun Thin Buns
1 wedge Light Garlic
1 cup, chopped Kale
1/2 cup(90 g) Asparagus
1 tbsp chopped(15 g) Onions

Recipe Directions for Grilled cheese

  1. wash chop all veggies

  2. cook in a pan till tender

  3. spread laughing cow on thin bun

  4. place in oven smooshed for 10 minutes or until toasty

  5. eat!
