Recipe Ingredients for Grilled carribbean chicken

1 cup Orange Juice
1 tsp Orange Peel
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 Garlic
1 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper Or Hot
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
16 ounces Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Grilled carribbean chicken

  1. 1.In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refriegerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

  2. 2.Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains
