mix first 5 ingredients together then rub over pork.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Balsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin

4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Balsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin

  1. Put canola oil in pan and heat up. Add pork and sear for about 4 minutes. Transfer to oven pan and put in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Internal temp. is 160).

  2. Take out and let rest for 10 minutes.
