The best grown-up grilled cheese I've ever had!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Avocado & Goat Cheese

2 slice Whole Grains Bread
1 serving Raley's Crumbled Goat Cheese
0.33 serving Aged Balsamic Vinegar
0.33 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1/4 tsp All-Purpose Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Grilled Avocado & Goat Cheese

  1. Lay out bread. Cover one slice with goat cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and chopped rosemary.

  2. Slice avocado and lay slices on top of goat cheese. Sprinkle seasoning on top of avocado and top with remaining slice of bread.

  3. Cook in a panini press or frying pan until bread is browned and cheese is melted (I use a Foreman-type grill).

  4. Enjoy!
