Recipe from Pioneer Organics, but I doubled the amount of asparagus. Great side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Asparagus with Miso and Lemon

1 tbsp. white miso
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
16 oz. asparagus
1 tsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Asparagus with Miso and Lemon

Heat grill or broiler to high. In a small bowl, whisk together, miso, lemon juice, rice vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Toss asparagus in oil. Grill asparagus until tender 2-3 minutes. Drizzle hot asparagus with miso-lemon dressing and serve.
