1/8 c Rice Vinegar
28 oz salmon
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tbsp minced onion
1 dash of red pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
