Grilled Asian Marinated Salmon Fillets; serves 3

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Asian Marinated Salmon Fillets

1 1/5 pounds Salmon Fillets
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/3 cups soy sauce
1/3 cups brown sugar
1/3 cups water
1/4 cups vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Asian Marinated Salmon Fillets

  1. Season salmon fillets with garlic powder and salt.

  2. In small bowl stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetableoil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag; add soy sauce mixture and seal bag, turning to coat fish. Refrigerate for at least 2-hours.

  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  4. Lightly oil grill grates; place salmon on the preheated grill and discard marinatd. Cook salmon for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
