Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Ahi Tuna Sesame in Whole Wheat Wrap

2 ounce whole wheat tortilla
5 ounce albacore tuna
1/4 cup salad
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Grilled Ahi Tuna Sesame in Whole Wheat Wrap

  1. Mix oil with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.

  2. Coat Ahi Tuna steak on both sides

  3. Put flax seeds and Sesame Seeds on tuna both sides.

  4. Grill Ahi Tuna 2-3 minutes each side.

  5. 1/4 cup left over salad vegetables.

  6. Take whole wheat wrap and put all together and wrap up in one tortilla.
