Grilled Ahi Tuna and grilled Pineapple salsa.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Ahi with Pineapple salsa

56 grams Red Onion
6 slices(112 g) Fresh-Cut Pineapple
20 oz Tuna, Yellowfin, Fresh
56 grams Red Roasted Peppers
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
90 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Ahi with Pineapple salsa

  1. Brush the pineapple slices lightly with 1 tbsp of the oil and grill 2-3 minute per side.

  2. Remove pineapple from grill and allow to cool, then dice.

  3. Combine pineapple, onion, red pepper, garlic, rice wine vinegar, 3 tbsp of oil and mix.

  4. Brush tuna with remaining oil, season with creole seasoning and grill about 2 minutes on each side.

  5. Top with salsa and serve
