Recipe Ingredients for Grilled 3-Cheese Sandwich

2 oz Muenster cheese
2 oz Swiss cheese
2 oz Cheddar cheese
2 tsp Dijon mustard or Dijon mustard mayonnaise
2 slices sourdough bread
1 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Grilled 3-Cheese Sandwich

  1. Place 1 slice each of cheese on 2 bread slices. Spread mustard over cheese; top with remaining bread slices. Brush outsides of sandwiches with butter

  2. Place large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; press down lightly with spatula or weigh down with small plate. Cook sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown
