Recipe Ingredients for Gretchen's Pumpkin Bread

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Gretchen's Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350, grease pans with non-stick cooking spray. Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour and other dry ingredients together. Add 1/3 of dry ingredients and one egg at a time. Mix until well blended, repeat. Stir in one cup of pumpkin at a time. Blend. Bake 5 small loaves 40-45 minutes.
