1 pinch salt
80 g margarine
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Gresovi knedeljni

Mleko, vodo, margarino in sol zavremo in zakuhamo zdrob. Ko se zgosti in odstopi od posode odstavimo in ohladimo do mlačnega, nato dodamo jajca. Dobro preme?amo, z roko oblikujemo poljubne cmoke (malo večje) in jih v slanem vrelem kropu skuhamo. Kuhamo jih cca 15 minut. Vrejo naj počasi.
