3 slices of white bread
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of milk

Recipe Directions for г?енки (Grenki)

  1. break 2 eggs into a bowl and mix until it is all yellow

  2. dip the bread into the bowl with the eggs on both sides

  3. place on stove to cook until they are a gold-brown color (takes about 5-10 minutes on both sides)
