Recipe Ingredients for Greens with Smoked Ham

3 cloves garlic, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
230 g. collard greens, choped
490 g. brussels sprouts
224 g. smoked ham, cubed
252 g. sliced mushrooms
400 g. baby carrots
1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Greens with Smoked Ham

Saute garlic in oil for a few minutes on high heat. Add greens and saute on midium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add brussels, ham, mushrooms and carrots to greens and cook for 5 more minutes. Then put everything in oven proof dish, add broth and bake in pre-heated oven till tender at 350 (an hour or so).
