Great side dish when you have extra greens laying around - easy to mix and match different braising greens.

Recipe Ingredients for Greens Saute

1/2 pound kale, thinly sliced
1 bunch spinach, chopped
2 cups chard, chopped
1 apples, cubed
40 g cherries, dried
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Greens Saute

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute until fragrant and barely browned.

  2. Add all greens and cook until slightly wilted. Add apples, cherries, and lemon juice and cook until fruit is soft and greens are bright and soft.

  3. Remove from heat and add vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
