A quick soup made from leftover rice and cooked greens with shrimp added for protein

Recipe Ingredients for Greens rice and shrimp soup

1.5 serving homestyle all natural chicken broth
0.25 cup, chopped Kale
0.13 cup, chopped Mustard Greens
0.13 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
0.5 oz Royal Blend Rice
1 tsp Ground Fresh Chili Paste
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Greens rice and shrimp soup

  1. heat 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  2. Add 2.5 ounces of cookedmixed greens - kale, swiss chard, mustard greens that were steamed or braised

  3. Add 1 oz already cooked wild rice medley

  4. Add 1 tsp chili paste

  5. Heat to serving temperature

  6. Add 1 oz medium cooked and still frozen shrimp

  7. Turn heat down to very low and allow to simmer gently just until shrimp are warmed through.
