Recipe Ingredients for Greens

1 T sesame oil
1/8 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup zucchini
1/2 cup red bell pepper
3 cups chard

Recipe Directions for Greens

  1. Sautee first 5 ingredients

  2. Clean and chop chard;Steam lightly

  3. Add to skillet and mix until wilted
