Yummy Greens with Pork and Turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Greens with Pork and Turkey

8 cups mustard greens, cooked
1 cup turkey, dark meat
4 oz. Salt Pork, diced
4 garlic cloves
5 chili peppers

Recipe Directions for Greens with Pork and Turkey

  1. Cook smoked turkey leg in 8 cups of water for at least one hour.

  2. Pull off bone and shred.

  3. Fry salt pork until crispy, set aside.

  4. Add garlic cloves and chili peppers.

  5. Add greens and Cook until tender, 40 min to an hour.

  6. Add crispy pork pieces at the end.
