1 cup, chopped Collards
2 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Blackeye Peas

Recipe Directions for Greens, peas and turkey

Brown turkey in large sauce pan add raw collard greens with a 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Pour a can of blackeyed peas on top of mixture. Cover and steam for 20 minutes.
