Great as a side or serve as a stew with a crusty roll...reduce 50 cal/per serving by not using the pepperoni...just as good with out it! ;O)

Recipe Ingredients for Greens n' Beans

1 tbl olive oil
2 garlic cloves
8 c mustard greens
14 oz great northern beans
2 oz. pepperoni
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
14 oz water

Recipe Directions for Greens n' Beans

  1. Saute the pepperoni and garlic until garlic is light brown.

  2. add greens and stir until wilted

  3. add beans, undrained and water

  4. season with salt/pepper and red pepper

  5. bring to boil and simmer about 15 mins.
