Recipe Ingredients for Greens and miso soup

1 cup bok choy
1 1/2 cup napa cabbage
3 cup raw spinach
1 cup cremini mushrooms
2 cups chicken broth
4 cups water
3 tablespoons miso paste
1/2 cup Harvest grains blend (3 tbls dry)

Recipe Directions for Greens and miso soup

  1. chop all greens coarsely

  2. chop mushrooms

  3. mix miso paste with boiling water

  4. put greens, mushrooms, miso mixture, chicken broth in saucepan

  5. bring to a low boil

  6. toss in 3 tablespoons raw (dry) harvest grains blend)

  7. simmer for 30+ mins

  8. puree if desired
