32 ounces collard greens
1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Greens Collard,Mustard

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot.

  2. Put collards in colander and rinse. Put in pot leaving water on the greens.

  3. Add liquid smoke and salt.

  4. Simmer until tender, adding water when needed. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
