Greens and Chick Peas Recipe

Tasty greens - use kale, collard / turnip greens or mixed. *To make vegetarian use veggie broth instead of chicken. I'll probably only use one can of chick peas next time, as two cans was a bit much.

Recipe Ingredients for Greens and Chick Peas

16 oz Kale
2 Can Chick Peas
1 cup Chicken Broth
3 clove Garlic
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Greens and Chick Peas

  1. Heat oil in pan w/ chopped garlic.

  2. Add in washed greens and wilt.

  3. Pour in broth and drained chick peas.

  4. Cook together for about 7-10 minutes.
