4 cup, chopped(130 g) Kale
1 cup Great Northern Beans
0.25 cup Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 1tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
6 dash Salt, Table
3 tsp Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Greens and Beans

saute peppers, garlic and onions in oil. Add kale, and rinsed northern beans to pan. Add salt and red pepper to taste.
