Penne Pasta with a mostly vegetable sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Greener Penne Pasta

16 oz penne pasta
1 slice of ham
5 oz of cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 large avocado
2 cups whole milk
1/4 tbsp butter
1 slice of mozzarella
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup frozen vegetable

Recipe Directions for Greener Penne Pasta

  1. boil pasta until al dente

  2. separate pan add oil and then frozen vegetable

  3. after 5 minutes, add garlic

  4. wash and clean cilantro, then add to pan with garlic

  5. slice avocado and add to pan

  6. slice ham in small pieces and add to pan

  7. once items are well cooked, add milk, butter and slice of cheese

  8. once pasta has been rinsed and drained add to pan with veggies

  9. stir and cook for another 3 minutes
