A great soup to have on a daily basis, low calorie, low salt, low fat and full flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for Green veggie, beef and turkey soup

271 g swede
120 g spinach
166 g green beans
285 g cauliflower
236 g broccoli
129 g onion
110 g potato
116 g beef
110 g celery
169 g turkey
152 g courgette
1 1/2 litres water
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Green veggie, beef and turkey soup

  1. Saute the onion (chopped) until almost clear. Add courgette, potato, celery, and turkey. Leave for 3 mins. Add some seasoning to your taste.

  2. Add the water and the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 45-70 mins. Add extra seasoning if water has turned it a little bland.

  3. Then blend everything until smooth and creamy.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
