Yield: about 2 cups. Note: One cup ripe honeydew chunks, 1 large or 2 ripe medium nectarines or 1 large ripe mango may be substituted. Adjust honey depending on acidity of fruit and how tart you like your smoothie. Adapted from T Salon T Emporium and appearing in The new york times.

2 bags Tea Green
1 cups Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
2 medium Peaches
1 teaspoons Honey, Strained Or Extracted
384 g Water

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, and process on puree or frappe speed until ice cubes are completely blended. Serve immediately in a very tall glass.
