Recipe Ingredients for Green Tea Smoothie with Ginger

2 tea bag Antioxidant Green Tea
1 fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
3 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Green Tea Smoothie with Ginger

  1. Chop carrots and remove tops. Boil them in 2 c. water until they are tender.

  2. Finely grate ginger.

  3. Peel and deseed grapefuit - remove the pith if desired.

  4. Steep 2 bags of green tea in 4 c. hot water.

  5. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until a smooth consistency.

  6. Add ice if desired, or simply refrigerate until chilled.
