2 cups mixed berries
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Green Tea Breakfast Shake

  1. Ingredients:

  2. 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled

  3. 2 cups mixed berries, frozen or fresh

  4. 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

  5. 1/4 cup quick oats

  6. 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

  7. 1 tbsp milled flaxseed

  8. 1 tbsp wheat germ

  9. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  10. Ice cubes

  11. Instructions:

  12. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve.
