Recipe Ingredients for green soup

2 cup water
1/4 cup kale
1/4 cup spinach
1 zuchinni
1/8 cup tomato
1/4 cup potato
1/4 tbs salt
1/4 tbs pepper
1/4 tbs paprika
1 green onion

Recipe Directions for green soup

  1. add water to a pot

  2. wash vegetable

  3. cut kale, spinach, zuchinni, tomato, potato (keep skin on), in small cubes added to water

  4. let cook for 20 min till tender

  5. add spices, remove from heat, and put through food processor.

  6. top with a piece of fresh parsley.
