peas,beans,sprouts,broccoli and cauliflower soup

Recipe Ingredients for green soup

1 cup green peas
1 cup brussels sprouts
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup broccoli
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for green soup

Boil the vegetables in chicken stock till soft. Don't add garlic yet. Grate garlic, add to veggies, boil for 5 more minutes, remove from the heat, blend in mixer and stir in olive oil. Serve with whole meal baguette and grated cheese on top.
