Pure2raw recipe: Green Socca Ingredients: 1 cup garbanzo bean flour 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground coriander 1 1/4 cups water 1 large handful of fresh spinach 2 tbsp oil (we did coconut oil)

1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  2. Pre-heat oven to 400. Heat oil in 10 in pizza pan till for about 2 minutes. Place remaining ingredients to your Vita-mix blender and blend together. Pour green socca batter into hot oil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
