A cold breakfast drink made from frozen spinach and frozen berries- thaw the spinach first, but leave the berries frozen. To make vegan, substitute a frozen banana for the yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

190 grams Spinach
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Put ingredients in blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, add ice cubes if needed.

  3. Pour into two glasses.

  4. Consume one of the two.
