Green Smoothie - can use any combination of fresh greens and small amount of fresh or frozen fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

0.5 serving Spinach
5 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Pour 8 oz of filtered water into smoothie machine. I use a Ninja. Add 2 handfuls of fresh spinach, 1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries, 5 med-large fresh strawberries w/green stem attached. Blend until smooth. I add 1 Tbsp liquid chlorophyll and sometimes yogurt or vanilla powder.
