Makes 1 serving



Add about 1/2 cup or less of ice cubes and pulse until smooth, though this recipe has a lot of sugar (due to to the banana and vanilla soy milk flavor,) however, it's still a good way to serve yourself load of greens and vitamins!

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 oz vanilla soy milk
1 small banana
2 cups kale
1 small cucumber
1 tablespoon flax

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Chop the bananas, cucumbers and the greens (remove stems) add milk, an optional sweetener (I use liquid stevia sometimes) then pulse.
