Vitamin packed smoothie, great for breakfast. All the fruit is already frozen so you don't have to add ice

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/4 c peaches
1/4 c mango
1/2 c yogurt, plain non-fat
4 oz water

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Place yogurt, spinach, and all the frozen fruit into a small blender. Add water. Blend to desired consistency. You can adjust water or add ice.
