Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 head romaine lettuce
4 stalks celery

1/2 bunch spinach
1 organic apple
1 organic pear
1 banana

29 fruit+2-1/8"+dia lemon

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Add the water and chopped head of romaine to the blender.

  2. Starting the blender at low speed, mix until smooth, gradually moving to higher speeds.

  3. Add the celery, apple and pear.

  4. Add the cilantro and parsley, if you are choosing to add them.

  5. Add the banana and lemon juice last.
